  • The Omni @ Amelia Island

ECC is underway at the Omni Hotel in Amelia Island, where a new 7-story tower is being constructed in addition to multiple parking garages and a conference center addition. We have been contracted by Manhattan Construction for the project and expect to be mobilized most of this year. Currently, footings and elevator shear walls and in progresss as we work our way out of the ground in each of the four wings.

  • Flagler Medical Plaza @ Cobblestone Village

Flagler Hospital adds a new Medical Plaza in Palm Coast, Florida. ECC worked for Elkins on a structure consisting of spread footings, a 17,000 sf SOG, and (26) reinforced tilt panels.

  • 1534 Oak St. - Riverside

Located at 1534 Oak St. in the Riverside area of Jacksonville, this building will house Chew restaurant with a rooftop bar. We were contracted by DW Meyers and our structural scope consisted of heavily reinforced foundations, concrete columns and beams, and metal deck toppings. Due to tough logistics and specialty engineering, pre-planning has been essential on this job. The structure nears completion as just a roof topping and the SOG remain.

  • JAX NATIONAL CEMETERY

The second phase of the Jacksonville National Cemetery was an ongoing project for much of 2010 and is now nearing completion. The Department of Veterans Affairs will own and operate the cemetery. Our scope entailed the foundations and slabs for each structure, a paving area for the maintenance building, and architectural sidewalks throughout the premises.
